Store Manager, Barista

I was hired in the Summer of 2021 to help bring MIX back to life after the pandemic. What used to be a beloved breakfast spot in Downtown Flagstaff was renovated and rebranded over 2020 into a retail and coffee shop with the goal to provide healthy and sustainable foods/products through partnerships with local artists, bakers, and vendors. 

I created the business systems and drink recipes, developed scheduling with our staff using Square and When I Work, and led collaboration efforts with our vendors such as Matador Coffee, Evolve Eats, Honeycomb Pastries, Plantae Houseplants, Fool's Gold Jewelry, and more -- as well as working with the greater Old Town Shops mini mall ecosystem that MIX was a part of.
